Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Level 2 Procurement Agent (Supplier Operations and Performance) to join the Aircraft Materials and Structures (AM&S) Parts and Sub-Assemblies Team (Secondary Structures) in Auburn, Washington
.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing supply chain team with direct supplier management. This role will have direct impact on how supply chain can support the production system by mitigating risks, managing recoveries, taking the lead in problem solving and communication. This position requires Procurement Agents to integrate and partner with BCA Supply Chain Contracts, Sourcing, Category Management, Engineering, and Fabrication and Program teams.

• The ideal candidate will have experience in Supply Chain Operations.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to work effectively with business partners as part of an integrated team.
• The candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to build positive relationships across teams and with suppliers.
• They will have experience in negotiation, problem solving, and strategic decision making to support supply chain and production goals.
• The candidate should have experience in process management and measurement, knowledge of production and procurement processes, and the ability to streamline workflows while monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• 1+ years of experience in leading or managing cross-functional projects
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory support environment
• 1+ years of experience with data analysis
• 1+ years of experience with Supply Chain Processes
• Must be able to travel Domestic up to 10%.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $80,170 - $101,000

This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
