Production Supervisor - CNC - Kent, WA- 1501
Our client who is an aerospace manufacturing company is looking for a production supervisor with CNC Mills and Sheet Metal experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee department activities to meet performance goals.
- Manage staff schedules, PTO, performance reviews, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and AS9100.
- Handle nonconformance and corrective action reports.
- Support and improve the preventative maintenance program.
- Conduct safety audits to identify and eliminate risks.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- 5+ years of CNC Aerospace manufacturing, engineering degree highly desirable.
- Experience programming in Mastercam.
- Familiar with AS9100 Quality System requirements.
- Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Washington state driver license.
