Land Surveyor

Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Washington. This is a contract job suitable for men with experience in land surveying. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys, collecting and analyzing data and creating maps and reports for various land development projects.

• Conducting field surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
• Collecting and analyzing data on land features, boundaries and topography
• Creating accurate maps and reports based on survey data
• Collaborating with engineers, architects and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
• Conducting research on land records and legal documents to determine property boundaries
• Providing guidance to junior surveyors on best practices and techniques
• Ensuring all work is completed within project timelines and budget constraints

• Bachelors degree in Land Surveying or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques and equipment
• Proficiency in using software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS or similar programs for map creation
• Ability to read blueprints, legal documents and other technical drawings
• Excellent communication skills in English;
  Filipino nationality preferred
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
