US Concerts is seeking a Production Runner, responsible for various errands and tasks associated with the talent and production of shows. Confidentiality is very critical to this role.
The runner assists in fulfilling the needs of the production department and most commonly includes running errands under the direction of the venue or tour production manager.
What This Role Will Do- Display a professional and personable attitude with touring and venue personnel.
- Handle various errands associated with the talent and production of the show, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Deliver and retrieve items from local stores, vendors, airports, hotels, and laundry.
- Provide local area information to touring personnel.
- Maintain cash and receipts throughout the day.
- Assist with miscellaneous production projects as directed.
- Provide transportation for personnel throughout the show day using personal vehicle or large rental van/cargo van, and assist production staff with production‑related duties backstage.
- Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter.
- Candidates will undergo thorough background and driving record checks.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license, operational cell phone, and reliable transportation.
- Have thorough knowledge of the local area, including area businesses and locations.
- Practice safe driving habits.
- Be friendly and personable, working well with others.
- Be available for long shifts, including nights and weekends (typical show day runs about 16–18 hours).
- 3 years of experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
- Experience in a live music environment or a comparable role.

Expected Compensation$20.82 USD – $25.00 USD hourly
