Live Nation Entertainment - - Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they enter and leave the venue and provide information about venue programs and policies;
Assist guests with seating, seat relocations, and locating lost items;
Help direct restroom and concession lines to minimize guest wait times;
Assist in resolving guest complaints and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience;
Support other departments and report maintenance issues to help close the venue after events
