Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn is seeking a driven Automotive Finance Manager to join our award-winning team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about helping customers, and love closing deals - we want to hear from you.

Compensation: 12% of gross profit less chargebacks. For each month the employee meets or exceeds 55% sold penetration, an additional 2% of gross profit less chargebacks will be added. Additional $750.00 bonus for meeting or exceeding Subaru's Net promoter score each month.

What You'll Do:

Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
Prepare paperwork and contracts for automotive lease and loan financing
Partner with banks and lending institutions to secure competitive financing
Structure deals to maximize dealership profitability and customer satisfaction
Manage deal flow and ensure timely processing to accounting offices
Ensure every deal is fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts

What You Bring:

Prior experience in an F&I Manager or Sales Associate role (automotive dealership preferred)
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Deep understanding of finance programs, extended warranties, and F&I regulations
A customer-first mindset with the ability to drive profitability
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Paid Time Off (PTO):
All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
