• Be the face of MCR for new hires and team members; exemplify MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
• Practice, support, and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
• Provide classic and specialized manicure and pedicure services.
• Perform nail shaping, cuticle care, and moisturizing treatments.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' preferences and concerns.
• Provide recommendations based on nail health and lifestyle.
• Apply nail polish or artificial nails as per client's preferences.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Sterilize tools and equipment after each use.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Stay informed about the latest nail care products and trends.
• Recommend additional services or products based on client needs.
• Promote and sell retail nail care products.
  
  Creates, maintains, and facilitates a positive and safe work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience as a Nail Technician experience.
• Minimum of 2 (Two) years of customer service experience.
• Hospitality and luxury spa experience is a plus!
• Valid state license for nail technology.
• Knowledge of nail care products and techniques.
