Required Licensure & Certifications

• Active Washington State license (required at time of application)
• RCIS or RT(R)
• BLS
• ACLS

Cath Lab (Experience Required)

• Diagnostic and interventional procedures
• LHC / RHC
• NSTEMI and STEMI
• Impella, IABP
• Rotablator
• CTOs / staged PCI
• Shockwave
• Temporary pacers
• Peripheral (lower extremity) diagnostics and interventions
• Loop recorders

EP (Experience Required)

• Micra
• Pacemakers
• AICDs
• Lead extractions and revisions
• Generator changes

EP (Experience Not Required)

• Ablations (performed approximately twice per month; EP physician brings own EP team)

IR (Strongly Preferred)

• G and GJ tubes (placements and exchanges)
• Nephrostomy tubes and nephroureteral stents
• IVC filters
• Tunneled and temporary dialysis catheters
• Ports
• GI coil and chemo embolizations
• Thoracentesis and paracentesis
• Inari clot extraction
• Kyphoplasty and vertebroplasty
• Y90s, TIPS
• Biopsies
• No neuro IR
