Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a key member of Circle Creek Therapy's multidisciplinary care team. In this role, you will work closely with a supervising BCBA and collaborate with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Counselors to support children's growth across developmental domains. This position emphasizes relationship-based, compassionate care and offers opportunities for co-treatment, shared clinical insight, and coordinated support that reflects our commitment to treating the whole child, not just isolated goals.

Circle Creek Therapy is an innovative, family-centered pediatric therapy clinic providing Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Counseling, and Behavioral Health services. We are passionate about serving children and families, creating inclusive environments, and supporting growth through compassionate, evidence-based care. We treat children and adults across a wide range of diagnoses, and as a family-owned small business, we pride ourselves on warmth, authenticity, community impact, and truly knowing and supporting our team.

We are expanding our Behavior Services and are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where co-treatment and coordinated care are highly valued, and where clinicians work closely together to support the whole child.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy by implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to foster growth in communication, social skills, play skills, cognitive skills, and daily-living skills.
  • Teach and support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals as outlined in individualized programs
  • Collect accurate, timely data and complete session documentation using clinic systems
  • Participate in team meetings, treatment discussions, and supervision with the overseeing BCBA
  • Collaborate and co-treat with other therapy providers to support coordinated, whole-child care
  • Support generalization of skills across clinic, home, and community environments
  • Communicate regularly and professionally with clinical supervisors, care teams, and families
  • Maintain ethical, child-centered practice and adhere to confidentiality and professional standards, including HIPAA and BACB guidelines
  • Uphold Circle Creek Therapy's values of Flexibility, Intentionality, Empathy, Resourcefulness, Collaboration, and Enthusiasm (FIERCE)

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician Certification (or willingness to obtain with support)
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental differences preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and work compassionately with families
  • Detail-oriented with strong data collection and documentation skills
  • Ability to remain calm, adaptive, and positive in dynamic situations

Why Circle Creek Therapy?

  • Supportive, family-owned organization — not corporate care
  • Multidisciplinary, collaborative therapy model
  • Co-treating opportunities with OT, PT, Speech, and Counseling
  • Growth and professional development supported
  • Warm, welcoming, mission-driven environment
  • Opportunity to be part of a team shaping innovative pediatric care

Schedule & Setting:

  • Primarily clinic-based services in our beautiful, newly expanded therapy center
  • Consistent weekly schedules with opportunity for collaboration
  • Full-time and part-time options may be available
