Multi Care Health System -  - Responsibilities:
Assure complete and accurate patient admissions/registrations according to organization policy and procedures and regulatory requirements;
Obtain inpatient bed assignments and process inpatient admission, including arm banding, addressograph plate, and completion of necessary forms;
Pre-admit all scheduled inpatient, outpatients and ambulatory patients to facilitate a smooth and speedy admission/registration process;
Obtain direct admit information and enter a reservation in the computer system in order to notify other areas;
Complete comprehensive bedside or telephone interviews with the patient, relative, or their representative to obtain pertinent demographic insurance and/or third-party liability information
