Overview

Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced part-time or PRN Speech‑Language Pathologist for King County.

• $50–$65 per hour, DOE

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Washington state license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Current BLS certification from AHA

• Assess and identify functional speech defects
• Provide physician‑ordered treatment to patients in their homes
• Develop and contribute to the patient Plan of Care
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to provide life‑changing services
• Participate in interdisciplinary and in‑service meetings
