** About the Role
** Hello, Occupational Therapists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a K–12 school setting in Auburn, WA. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. This is a great fit for both experienced school-based OTs and those transitioning into schools.

** What You’ll Do
*** Provide school-based OT services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation
* Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports
* Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
* Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
* Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
* Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover
* Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
* Adapt materials and environments to improve student access
** What We’re Looking For
*** Active (or eligible) Washington State OT license
* ESA Certification (or ability to obtain)
* Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* School-based experience preferred, not required
