  • Assist with behavioral assessments, data collection, and treatment planning
  • Implement, monitor, and update individualized behavior support programs within your scope of practice
  • Analyze patient data and communicate progress and recommendations to the supervising LBA
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to behavior technicians as assigned
  • Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful outcomes for each child

What You'll Get:
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Flexible scheduling that actually flexes
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Generous PTO for eligible staff

  • Ongoing supervision from a Licensed Behavior Analyst
  • A supportive, upbeat team that celebrates wins - big and small
  • Opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and expanding your role
Who You Are:
  • Currently licensed as a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Washington State
  • CPR certified or willing to obtain certification
  • Experienced in or passionate about working with children and families
  • Skilled in collecting, interpreting, and communicating behavioral data
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Committed to ethical, compassionate, and individualized care
  • Growth-minded and excited to improve, learn, and make a bigger impact
