Full Life Care is a not-for-profit organization, incorporated in 1980, dedicated to improving the quality of life for adults with chronic illnesses and disabilities. We have an exciting opportunity for a Program and Activities Assistant to join our team!

• Build a caring relationship with clients to assist with their needs and goals, collaborating with caregivers and team members to support care plans
• Maintain care by observing and communicating changes in client condition
• Promote a safe and healthy environment for the client
• Promote client independence, guide education, and encourage engagement by leading activities that clients enjoy
• Support a respectful and engaging group environment
• Monitor participation in activities and provide support as needed
• Assist with kitchen duties such as meal prep, food service, and dishwashing
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in a health or social services setting is a plus, but not required
• Completion of HIV/AIDS information course (can be completed after hire)
• Annual flu vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions accepted)
• Completion of a background check, drug screen. Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.

  must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, must be able to assist clients with mobility support
