Step Forward ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized treatment plans for clients with autism across ages. You will supervise BTs/BCaBAs, deliver direct services, and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure high-quality, ethical services.
The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a related field, BCBA licensure, and at least 2 years of experience;
Medicaid/Tri-Care credentialing and CPR/BLS are preferred.
