• Valid Washington ESA credential
• Washington SLP license required
• Accepting applicants with CCC or CFY
• Experience or interest in working with K-12 students
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet individual student needs

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across diverse age groups
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Partner with teachers and families on intervention strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on student language needs
• Stay current on best practices and continuing education requirements
