Electronic Data Interchange Coordinator

Process daily EDI orders, set up and maintain Customer EDI requirements. Coordinate inbound and outbound EDI documents for Ricardo Beverly Hill’s trading partners.

• EDI Mapping, EDI Account set up and maintenance.
• Process daily EDI incoming orders, order acknowledgements, etc.
• Process, monitor and distribute inbound and outbound EDI documents.
• Maintain EDI customer accounts, pricing, style number set up and general account maintenance.
• Additional tasks and projects as assigned by Customer Service Manager.

• Minimum of 2 years EDI experience.
• EDI Mapping, EDI Account set up and maintenance.
• Experience using Outlook, Excel and other platforms with accurate, advanced typing skills.

• In depth knowledge of EDI applications.
• Experience working with EDI Managed services.
• Detailed orientated, technical abilities and able to handle high volumes of work.
• Flexibility to work overtime hours and other schedules depending upon business needs.
• Work independently as well as a team in a busy office setting.
• Can problem solve and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
