For this newly created role, Insure Pacific is seeking a full-time, relationship-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager supporting commercial lines across all offices including Prineville Insurance and Gerald Ross Agency. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and confident managing accounts independently while providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who values accuracy, collaboration, and takes pride in building strong lasting relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal team members.

• Manage client accounts from the initial contact through policy binding and ongoing service.
• Process policy changes, certificates, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements accurately and promptly.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Review client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Prepare applications, gather underwriting information, and market accounts to carriers.
• Meet agency service standards, production goals, and retention objectives.
• Keep organized, prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and account records in the agency management system (Hawksoft).

As an Account Executive, you will manage assigned commercial clients — leading renewal strategy, coordinating with the service team activities, managing market submissions, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to deliver comprehensive coverage.
