Supply Chain Mgmt Analyst (Mid-Level)

- Incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
- Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.
- Analyze complex material requirements.
- Verify and incorporate Bills of Materials into production plans.
- Initiate, coordinate, and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability, ensuring on‑time delivery.
- Document and resolve order delinquencies and report schedule adherence issues.
- Optimize inventory levels and analyze and disposition excess inventories.
- Initiate audits; develop and create schedules for products and services.
- Assist in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals.
- Implement and maintain process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance.
- Work under general direction.
- 5+ years of supply chain work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP.
- 5+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, interpreting data, and presenting analysis/recommendations to management.
- 1+ year of experience interpreting Bill of Materials.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience with CMES or an equivalent non‑conformance management system.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production manufacturing environment.
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Pay Range: $92,300 – $124,700. Benefits include health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time off. Additional variable compensation opportunities may be available.
