Position Responsibilities
- Support standard supply chain management functions including data analysis, forecasting, troubleshooting supply and demand issues, purchasing raw materials and supplier parts, releasing and maintaining production orders, and reporting schedule adherence.
- Coordinate with supplier management, delivery, operations, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers to document and resolve order delinquencies, analyze excess and obsolete inventory, and support process improvements.
- Work under general supervision applying SCM methodologies to ensure compliance with inventory policies and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate technical meetings between suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensure supplier commitments are achieved, and manage supplier deliveries and line of balance.
- Develop procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies to support customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements, interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions.
- Maintain partnerships across business units and with external suppliers, stakeholders, and peers.
- Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.
- Conduct risk, issue, and opportunity management.
- Perform on‑site validation at suppliers of production readiness.
- Initiate and complete supplier improvement activities, facilitating integration of results into contracting activities.
- Provide communication to Program, engineering, and contracting counterparts and integrate collaborators to resolve issues.
- Oversee and project manage engineering change activities and work transfers impacting suppliers.
- Approve technical approaches and processes, review procurement/planning systems, present supplier status to collaborators.
- Work with minimal direction and use latitude in resolving objectives and approaches.
- 3+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products).
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- 3+ years of experience with supply chain forecasting.
- 3+ years of experience with warehousing and logistics (transportation).
- 3+ years of experience creating Business Intelligence reporting tools (Dashboard creation, Excel, Tableau, PAVE, VORTEX).
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- 3+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing.
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing process improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.

Level3–$94,000–$128,000.
Auburn, WA. Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
