Job Overview
We are seeking a Product Development Coordinator to assist with product, sourcing, showroom and customer pricing. This will be part-time, working Monday through Friday, 20 per week.

- Assist with the development and launch of new furniture collections.
- Compile cost grids for sample collections with information provided from factories and review to ensure it meets the specific customers standards.
- Complete and organize all Product Development presentations, ensuring timely updates and consistent file management.
- Partner with the Product Development Manager to support furniture market logistics, showroom sample management, inventory tracking, and post-market sell-off activities.
- Collaborate with internal operations to identify and ensure the logistics of show sample departure and arrival dates are scheduled and within guidelines.
- Track Product Development timelines and sample progress, ensuring projects remain on schedule and key milestones are met.
- Coordinate the shipment of product development materials, including wood finish samples, hardware, fabrics, and other resources required for product development and approvals.
- Excellent phone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks at once.
- Acute accuracy and attention to detail (i.e., Sensitive costing docs, timelines, and dates)
- Current Microsoft office suite proficiency, specifically EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK, Microsoft Publisher, with strong keyboard skills.
- BA / BS degree from an accredited 4-year university or equivalent work experience
