• Supervise physical inventories at branch locations to audit, control cut-off, and facilitate completion of inventory and report generation.
• Audit and process adjustments submitted.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and, if necessary, take appropriate corrective action.
• Participate in the financial month-end close process by reviewing and ensuring accurate branch-level material information is forwarded to Corporate.
• Compute cost of scrap sold numbers for branch and generate reports used to monitor scrap activity.
• Provide training and documentation on inventory control, physical inventories, and scrap management.
• Monitor the job work process to ensure inventory is accounted for and adjustments and/or journal entries are processed correctly.
• Review and monitor specials inventory reports, taking appropriate action to ensure inventory pounds are accurate.
• Hire, train, coach, and manage employees to achieve optimum levels of productivity and accuracy. Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary functions.
• Meet all TK MNA employee competencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and experience
• 1-2 years of previous supervisory or management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of material control or inventory control experience
• Proficiency using the computer, especially with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related field
