FTE: 0.01 Shift: Variable Schedule: Variable

The Resident Manager is responsible for a residential apartment complex for persons with mental illness. This position is required to live on site at Valleywood Apartments.

• Receive and/or prepare work orders, address tenant concerns and follow up on any corrective actions needed.
• Ensure the property and facilities are clear of debris and in working order.
• Make minor repairs of the interior and exterior of the property as needed, including cleaning and painting of vacant units.
• Conduct tenant move in & move out inspections, weekly inspections per the lease and assist with annual inspections.

• One year experience in housing/apartment management, delivery of housing or social services, property maintenance, janitorial or experience commensurate with responsibilities outlined above preferred.
• Familiarity with Landlord Tenant Law and its application preferred.
• Experience working with the mentally ill preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $21.16 - $21.16 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.

If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
