• Hours: Must start between 6 am–8 am.
• Schedule: Clutter operates 7 days a week; roles are full‑time (≥ 40 hrs/week) or part‑time (≤ 24 hrs/week). Overtime pay is 1.5× hourly pay when required.
• Job Site: Ops Lead Drivers start and end each shift at the Clutter depot (job site address).

• Perform a hybrid role as Warehouse Lead and Lead Driver, working shifts in the warehouse and at customer homes.
• Move, pack, load/unload customers' items onsite and in the warehouse.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Clutter at all jobs.
• Lead inbound, outbound, and transfer operations for Clutter's warehouse.
• Manage a team of helpers to complete 1–3 moving/storage jobs per day.
• Coordinate tasks with teams of 2–3 associates.
• Use the mobile iPhone app to scan, pack, and categorize customer items.
• Conduct frequent quality audits to ensure processes are followed.
• Maintain stock of warehouse supplies.
• Uphold safety, quality, and customer experience standards on each job.

• At least 21 years old with a high‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a physical exam and have reliable transportation.
• Weekend availability required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb regularly and stand up to 8 hrs per shift.
• Proficiency in mobile data tracking software.
• Preferred experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory, customer service, or general labor.
