Founded in 1984, the business operates across three facilities spanning more than 225,000 sq. ft. and was recently acquired by a global MRO group generating over US $250 million in annual revenue, with 12+ facilities worldwide. This acquisition has created long-term stability, substantial investment, and outstanding opportunities for future growth.
