Commercial HVAC – Project Manager

Salary: $130,000 – $140,000

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

• Clear understanding of HVAC and ability to read and understand mechanical plans and specifications
• Job site visits to ensure projects are on track
• Understand mechanical plans and construction schedules
• Create and track budgets and accurately forecast cost to complete
• Attend project meetings
• Review contracts
• Order materials and equipment accurately
• Identify change orders and price COPs
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
• Work as a team member with office and field

We are a Design‑Build HVAC contractor specializing in VRF systems. Our Project Managers are involved in every facet of a project – from early design coordination through execution and final closeout. This role plays a critical part in supporting our field teams by providing the office coordination, communication, and project oversight needed to ensure installations run as efficiently and successfully as possible.

• 3+ years of project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Preferred degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering
• Understanding of the construction industry and basic HVAC concepts
• Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal team members
• Excellent follow‑up and relationship management skills
• Creative problem‑solving abilities with a solutions‑oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
