As an Area Manager with Tambry Ventures, you'll coach leaders, support multiple salon locations, and help build teams that deliver exceptional experiences every day. With a base wage of $25 and a competitive effective wage of $39-$50, plus opportunities for growth and advancement, you'll have the support and resources to succeed while making a meaningful impact on the people you lead.

What You'll Do
- Coach and develop Salon Managers to build strong teams and achieve outstanding results.
- Create positive salon cultures where team members feel supported, valued, and motivated to grow.
- Recruit, develop, and retain stylists across multiple salon locations.
- Lead the team while cutting behind the chair 25 hours per week
- Partner with managers to drive performance, solve challenges, and celebrate wins.
- Support underperforming salons with hands-on coaching and actionable improvement plans.
- Lead by example, staying connected to salon operations and stepping in when support is needed.
- Ensure a consistent guest experience and execution of company standards across all locations.
- Build future leaders and help create career growth opportunities throughout the organization.
