Assembly Technician; Dayshift

A&G Machine is seeking to expand our talented pool of Assembly Technicians. We are a private, family-oriented company with over 40 years of sustained successful operations, retaining the best talent in the industry.

• Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
• Gather all necessary materials and tools to complete the assembly process.
• Assemble components accurately and efficiently in accordance with specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues or defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during the assembly process to ensure a safe working environment.

• Proven experience as an aerospace assembler is required (preferred 5+ years)
• Must be a US Citizen
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Stong understanding of mechanical principles and tools
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Required to push, pull, lift and or carry up to 50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time

• Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc.

Full-time, In person

• 10 hour day shift
• Monday to Friday

$19.93 - $30.00 per hour
