Loading, Shipping & Receiving Associate 3
Job DetailsBase Pay: $23.50 - $24.50 per hour
Differential: + $1.50
2nd Shift: Mon‑Fri 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, plus overtime based on production needs
Responsibilities- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments in accordance with safety protocols
- Verify and process incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Prepare outbound shipments by properly packaging, labeling, and documenting materials
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized tracking systems
- Organize storage areas to ensure efficient space utilization
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisor
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and organization
- Capable of using computerized equipment
- Require standing, walking, and working on concrete surfaces for long periods of time
- Ability to move carts in and out of production areas
- A high school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for the duration of the entire shift
