Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Extrusion Operator to set up, monitor, and master our high‑precision production lines. If you have a great eye for detail and love dial‑in numbers like temperature, speed, and pressure to create flawless products, especially plastics extrusion/extrusion experience, we want you to hear from you!

This role requires being comfortable commuting to Centralia.

• Salary: $23 – $24 per hour
• Shift: 6 AM – 2:30 PM
• Education:
  
  No Degree Required

• Run the Line:
  Master the setup, operation, and control of extrusion machinery.
• Own Quality:
  Inspect finished products to hit strict, exact dimensions every time.
• Keep it Moving:
  Handle routine cleaning, tool changes (molds/cutters), and quick troubleshooting to keep downtime to zero.

• Machine Operation:
  Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion lines, precisely controlling temperature, pressure, and speed.
• Quality Assurance:
  Inspect finished products to ensure strict dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
• Maintenance & Tooling:
  Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and tooling changes (molds/cutters).
• Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose and resolve operational issues quickly to minimize production downtime.
