• Leads employees and mid‑level managers in multiple manufacturing subject areas.
• Develops and implements departmental plans, policies, and procedures and provides input on business and technical strategies.
• Acquires resources, manages supplier technical aspects, and drives process improvements.
• Builds and maintains relationships with customers, collaborators, peers, and partners.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
• Leads, develops, and motivates employees and mid‑level managers.

• 5+ years of experience leading and/or developing a team.
• 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience advising and influencing managers or non‑managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems.

• Experience with the Boeing Production System (BPS) and/or lean manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality processes.
• Experience executing strategies that drive employee engagement.
• Ability to work any shift; primary responsibility will be 1st shift.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Shift: Primary shift 1st; alternate shifts may be required to meet program objectives.

Summary Pay Range: $183,600 – $248,400.
