Extrusion Associate

Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products for residential and low-rise non‑residential buildings in North America. Headquartered in Cary, N.C., we serve residential and commercial customers across the new construction and Repair & Remodel (R&R) markets. Our portfolio spans vinyl windows, vinyl siding, stone veneer, metal roofing, metal wall systems and metal accessories.

Base Pay: $21.50 – $22.50 per hour

Shift: Day Shift, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (rotating)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure product consistency and standards, including proper counts, packing patterns, and labels.
• Maintain required paperwork.
• Perform online quality inspections.
• Visually inspect extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards.

• Ability to read a tape measure, including to the 16th of an inch.
• Related machine operation experience.
• Ability to stand and work on feet for 12‑hour shifts, bend and lift as needed.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read English and conduct quality tests on product.
• Manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet goals and quality standards.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Understand and follow safety policies.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• No experience required; manufacturing and extrusion experience highly preferred.
