CMM Operator; Night Shift​/Weekends

A&G Machine is seeking an experienced CMM Operator with a minimum 5 years in aerospace inspection. We are a private, family-oriented company with over 40 years of sustained successful operations, retaining the best talent in the industry.

• Perform setup and use of CMM to measure production parts.
• Maintain and organized for a clean work environment.
• Maintain a working knowledge of quality standards, part inspection, and preservation methods.
• Explore new technologies and inspection methods and make recommendations.

• Minimum of 5-10 years in aerospace inspection.
• Understating of 3D model inspection.
• Proficient with GD&T ASME Y14.5 2009 or newer.
• Basic math skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly capable in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills in a leadership capacity, managing and working well with others.

• CMM Manager Software proficiency.
• High school or equivalent.
• Inspection operations using a Leica Laser Tracker to include using Polyworks Software, to measure production parts, tooling, etc.

• Required to push, pull, lift and or carry up to 50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Moderate walking, standing, lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Work around moving objects, and with machinery with moving parts.

• Work performed in a combination of shop and office environments.
• Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc.

Full-time, In person, Weekends

• 12 hour shift
• Night shift
• Weekends only

$35.00 - $43.00 per hour
