** Monday-Thursday, 3:25 PM - 1:55 AM

** Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

** Position Summary*
* We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists with strong 3-axis machining experience. Candidates with Haas or Fanuc controls experience and setup expertise are highly preferred. This role is ideal for motivated machinists who thrive in a precision aerospace environment.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Set up and operate CNC machines per blueprints and specifications

+ Work with lathes, grinders, multi-axis mills, and related equipment

+ Select, align, and secure tooling, fixtures, and materials

+ Perform manual inspections using calipers, micrometers, and similar tools

+ Identify and troubleshoot machining issues; adjust machine settings as needed

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

+ Support training and mentorship of junior machinists and program participants

+ Demonstrate strong work ethic and professionalism

** Required Skills & Experience*
* + Minimum 3 years of experience running 3-axis CNC machines

+

Experience with Haas or Fanuc controls preferred

+ Proven experience with machine setup, including probing and manual indexing (required)

+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

+ Strong inspection and measurement skills

+ Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

** Preferred Qualifications*
* +

Experience with 4-axis and 5-axis machining (highly desirable)

+ Background in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing

** Basic Requirements*
* + Minimum 2 years as a fully qualified machinist

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ CNC training program participation is a plus

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Willingness to mentor and support new employees
