Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Load and unload cardboard into machines used for cutting, gluing, and printing
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot various production machines
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Maintain a steady pace to meet daily production goals
- Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed
Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule:
Tuesday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (OT on Mondays)
Machine Operator
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience required; experience with heavy materials is a plus
- Comfortable lifting, moving, and loading materials into machines throughout the shift
- Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for 8–10 hours
- Safety-focused and alert when working around machinery
- Reliable, team-oriented, and consistent with attendance
- Able to work independently and stay productive
- Must have reliable transportation (location is not accessible by public transit)
- Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced environment
