Manufacturing Planner
Location:
Everett, Auburn, or Renton, Washington
Salary Range: $55 to $60/hr on W2
Contract Duration: 6+ months with possibility to extension
Join our Production Engineering organization and contribute to the implementation and sustainment of new and existing build plans that significantly impact the quality and cost performance of our commercial aviation programs. We are seeking innovative, detail-oriented planners who thrive in dynamic environments and bring a problem-solving mindset to complex production challenges.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing production environment.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior work experience in the industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering Planning systems such as Product Data Manager (PDM) and Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP).
- Experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal direction.
- Plan and lead processes for developing, implementing, and maintaining various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations.
- Develop and plan manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
- Prepare build analyses and cost estimate reports.
- Lead integration of complex suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
- Lead investigations and resolution of complex or systemic manufacturing-related issues.
