Allegiance Staffing is hiring Production Packers for a leading food manufacturing company! As a Production Packer, you'll help package some of the nation's favorite snack foods while working in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, teamwork, and quality come first.

• Package finished products into boxes according to production standards.
• Inspect products for quality, weight, package seals, code dates, and overall appearance.
• Remove defective or under cooked product to maintain quality standards.
• Build and stack pallets safely and securely.
• Label boxes and prepare specialty packaging as needed.
• Perform rework and assist with packaging line operations.
• Provide break and lunch relief for fellow team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Communicate quality or safety concerns immediately to your supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Non-slip steel toe shoes are required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently.
• Ability to stack boxes above shoulder height safely.
• Ability to stand and remain active for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Ability to bend, squat, stoop, twist, reach, and walk throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Ability to read and understand basic English instructions, production codes, and safety information.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with a diverse team.
• Willingness to cross-train on multiple production lines.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

This position is located in a food manufacturing facility where employees work around production equipment in a fast-paced environment. Safety, quality, and teamwork are essential to success in this role.
