Production Associate Swing Shift

Shift: Swing Shift, Monday-Thursday, 2:30 pm – 1:00 am, plus overtime based on production needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Summary

Production Associate 1 performs entry‑level assembly and/or glass production of Windows & Doors. Follows well‑defined standard works with guidance and oversight. Collaborates with experienced teammates to develop new skills. Meets safety, quality, and on‑time delivery standards while minimizing waste and cost. Meets production targets while maintaining production flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe practices and wear required PPE at all times.
• Fabricate, assemble, and lift window and/or door units.
• Work to an established production rate.
• Identify problems and communicate issues.
• Perform housekeeping duties in designated work areas.
• Assist with training co‑workers.
• Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by leadership.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English and follow established work processes.
• Ability to safely move materials and operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends, as needed.
• Manufacturing and tape measure experience preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods.
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, twisting, lifting, and using repetitive motion.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with typical manufacturing conditions.
• Required use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

The US pay for this full‑time position is $21.50 per hour + $1.50 per hour shift differential for Swing Shift + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. (Full‑time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.)
