* We are seeking a motivated
** Production Technician
** to join our team. In this role, you will assemble, wire, fit, and mount electrical control components and subassemblies while ensuring product quality and adherence to customer specifications. This position is ideal for individuals with assembly, manufacturing, construction, automotive repair, or related hands-on experience.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Assemble panel boards and switchboards according to electrical drawings, schematics, work instructions, and customer specifications.
+ Perform assembly work required for testing, final inspection, and shipment preparation.
+ Use hand and power tools to install wiring, components, and hardware.
+ Inspect and test finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and electrical codes.
+ Verify electrical and mechanical integrity using established testing and power-checking procedures.
+ Monitor production progress and communicate any material shortages or concerns.
+ Receive, organize, and store incoming materials.
+ Package and prepare completed products for shipment.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, productivity, safety, and environmental health.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
+ Cross-train in multiple functions and assist in other areas as business needs require.
** Qualifications*
* ** Required*
* + Minimum of
** 1 year of experience
** in an assembly-related role using hand and/or power tools.
+ Experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, automotive repair, or similar hands-on environments will be considered.
+ Ability to read and follow manufacturing drawings and work instructions.
+ Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
** Preferred*
* + High school diploma or GED.
+
Experience with CNC bus fabrication, press brake operations, or related equipment.
+ Experience reading wiring diagrams, schematics, and power flow drawings.
+
Experience with measuring tools, torque specifications, and hardware assembly.
+ Experience operating tools and equipment such as drills, press brakes, forklifts, jib cranes, tape measures, fixtures, and various hand and power tools.
** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to lift up to
** 35 pounds regularly** .
+ Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
+ Ability to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
