Lead and coordinate the daily activities of Loading, Shipping & Receiving Associates to meet production schedules and customer delivery commitments;
Verify that finished windows and doors are properly labeled, staged, and loaded according to shipping documentation and customer specifications;
Inspect loads to ensure product quality and secure packaging;
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Customer Service, Sales, and Fleet teams to resolve shipping issues;
Train and mentor new employees on shipping processes, safety procedures, and quality expectations
