** Job Overview*
* We are seeking reliable and hardworking  
** Production Associates
** to join a growing door manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist in various stages of production, assembly, quality inspection, material handling, and packaging of finished products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, warehouse, or woodworking experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Operate small and large production machinery used in door manufacturing

+ Assemble doors on a production line according to specifications

+ Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

+ Machine doors for hardware installation

+ Prepare, move, and handle materials throughout the production process

+ Stage, package, and prepare finished products for shipment and delivery

+ Perform general warehouse and production duties as assigned

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

** Qualifications*
* *
* Preferred Experience:

*
* + Previous experience in commercial woodworking, including doors, millwork, cabinetry, or similar products

+ Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

+ General knowledge of building materials

+ Ability to perform basic math calculations

+ Experience using hand-held measuring tools and reading measurements accurately
