Overview
Clinical Services - Licensed Practical Nurse opportunity at Betz Nursing Home. Full-time day and evening shift. Part-time evening shift. Earning potential: $34-$38/hour. $4/hour shift differential for evening shift.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Utilize nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents.
- Develop meaningful relationships by learning about residents' life stories.
- Supportive Presence:
Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents. - Leadership:
Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of our residents. - Collaboration:
Work with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. - Teamwork:
Ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents. - Interpersonal Communication:
Support a respectful and positive work environment.
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
