Overview
Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice is hiring an experienced and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Home Health division in the King County area. The position is full‑time or part‑time with day shifts only; no night shifts or rotating weekends.
Responsibilities- Provide one‑on‑one care to 5‑6 patients daily in their home settings, with visit‑based scheduling.
- Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
- Assist with range‑of‑motion exercises and mobility support.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the patient’s living space.
- Observe and report changes in the patient’s condition to the case manager.
- Follow the plan of care as directed by a registered nurse or therapist.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Washington State.
- Experience in a Home Health or Hospice agency.
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association required).
- Experience with HCHB EMR preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with insured, reliable vehicle.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working with elderly or terminally ill individuals.
- Competitive pay: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
