The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an opportunity to expand your role in healthcare by providing quality care focused on the comfort and well‑being of patients and families. As an LPN at Multi Care, you will work collaboratively with your team to ensure the best possible outcomes and patient experiences.
Responsibilities- Provide age‑appropriate care utilizing nursing education and knowledge of normal states of growth, development, and aging.
- Deliver and execute daily routine care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups, using strong interpersonal skills.
- Assist the Registered Nurse or care team in implementing the nursing process.
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS).
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- License to pass medications may be required.
- Previous LPN experience in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred.
- Experience in assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty‑focused residency post‑hire.
- Successful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialty.
Competitive salary range: $29.39 – $48.59 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, retirement, and paid time off.
