Registered Nurse (RN) - Psychiatry

We are seeking a Psychiatry Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Auburn, WA. This position is located within a 131-bed Level III Trauma Center featuring a specialized 26-bed Gero Psych unit.

  12-Hour Nights (36 hrs/week)
• Contract Length: 19 Weeks (Expected Dates: 09/08/2026 – 01/16/2027)
• Pay Range: $1,764.87 – $2,076.32 per week
• First-Time Travelers:
  Accepted

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years total nursing experience (at least 1 year in Behavioral Health + 1 year in Acute or Long-Term Care).
• Patient Population:
  Patients served often present with comorbidities requiring strong medical assessment and clinical skills.
• Certifications:
  
  Active BLS and CPI (or MOAB).
• Licensure:
  Valid Washington RN license (or active multi-state/compact license).
• EMR: EPIC (experience preferred).

• Ratios & Support:
  Day shift ratio is 1:7–8;
  Night shift ratio is 1:10–12. Units are supported by MHTs and LPNs.
• Floating:
  May float to Adult Psych or TG Adolescent Psych as needed.
• On-Call:
  None required.
• Weekend Rotation:
  Typically every other weekend. For night shifts, Friday and Saturday are considered weekend shifts.
• Scrub Color:
  Any color/pattern (must be professional with no offensive images or text).
