Job Summary
This position oversees compliance to the policies, procedures, and work instructions contained in the quality management system. It is responsible for the disposition of material placed in the “Material Review Bay” and serves as a trainer on quality system documents and record‑keeping duties to demonstrate compliance with system requirements.
Key Accountabilities- Document and data‑control oversight in plant, ownership and maintenance of measurement devices, corrective and preventive actions, and their follow‑ups; oversight of quality records held in plant, process auditing for compliance with procedures, and implementation of statistical control of equipment and processes.
- Responsible for accurate information and timely processing of non‑conforming material.
- Acts as trainer on quality department documents, supporting plant training.
- Ensures proper records are maintained for gauges, non‑conforming material, inspection forms, stamp logs, etc.
- Meets TKMNA employee attributes and competencies.

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented to the requirements of the Quality Management System. Quality system training preferred.
- Rudimentary computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Comfortable in a fast‑paced warehouse environment with short task‑completion expectations. Ability to work with a diversified workforce.
- Ability to interact effectively with plant operations supervisors and managers.
- Formal quality training preferred but not required; additional training may be provided by the Quality Supervisor.
Preferred Requirements:
- ASQ certification.
- 3 years of quality assurance/control experience.
- Experience or training in ISO 9001:2015 or AS 9100 quality standards.
Pay Range: $23.81 – $28.15 per hour
