Quality Test Specialist

This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.

Guides the development or improvement of inspection or test techniques. Teaches and deploys the principles and theory behind quality requirements. Validates designs, and guides creation of test coupons for equipment or product acceptance. Establishes procedures for control and configuration of test coupon. Develops the set up and use of specialized test or measurement equipment. Reviews and validates procedures for setting up and calibrating test equipment.

Develops and deploys tests or inspections and data collection techniques. Analyzes test, inspection or statistical data and troubleshoots anomalous result to determine product and processes conformity or assists with corrective action recommendations. Provides recommendations on new and potential changes for documentation standards. Documents and communicates test, analysis or measurement results. Works under minimal direction.

This critical role supports BCA and BDS Program Production. The impact includes 777X and multiple BDS Programs. This person is responsible for fatigue testing, tensile testing, raw material analysis, density testing.

• Experience with fatigue and tensile testing
• Knowledge of material analysis
• 3-4 years with above qualifications required

Min Pay Rate: $32

Max Pay Rate: $37
