Production Lead

Job location:

Auburn, WA.

Production Lead for Oldcastle Infrastructure. Lead a production labor crew 65-75% of workday and provide feedback to enforce company safety rules.

• Balance team and individual responsibilities
• Contribute to building a positive team spirit
• Examine and inspect work progress and equipment to verify safety and ensure specifications are met
• Estimate material and worker requirements to complete jobs; supervise, train, and schedule employees
• Coordinate tasks to complete operations
• Substitute for workers during absence or to relieve work‑congested areas
• Other duties as required

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a fast‑paced construction, heavy industrial, or manufacturing environment
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Basic mathematical skills (calculating percentages and volumes)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day

• The hourly pay rate is $23–$34/hr.
• Vacation hours: two weeks per year
