Store Manager

Full‑time position requiring a passion for serving the community and leading a store team to exceed sales and growth goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Inspire a customer‑focused culture and develop internal talent.

  • Oversee day‑to‑day retail operations, ensuring standards and staffing decisions support service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications & Education
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 1–5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
  • Ability to build relationships within store teams.
  • Strong goal‑setting, organizational, and performance‑management skills.
  • Effective leadership and communication at all levels.
  • Training, coaching, and development experience.
  • Independent judgment, partnering with Territory Sales Manager.
  • Analytical skills for problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis.
  • Experience with general retail practices and procedures.
  • Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs., walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and lift repetitively.
  • Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
