About the Role

As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” at Skechers you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the store’s success. The role offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and on‑the‑job training.

• Engage with customers and provide personalized product advice.
• Achieve store and individual sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance by organizing displays and restocking shelves.
• Perform cashier duties, accurately processing payments.
• Stay knowledgeable about current footwear, apparel, and accessories.
• Collaborate with team members to create an inviting environment.

Starting hourly pay of $17.16 with a range up to $18.21, regular pay increases are included.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Minimum age of 18 at time of application.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong enthusiasm for representing the Skechers brand.
